I am Engineer Hyginus Ogbonnia Agu, and I am honored to serve as the Chairman of Udi Local Government. As someone deeply rooted in this community, I have always believed that the progress and welfare of our people must come first. My journey here has been shaped by a passion for engineering, development, and, above all, a strong desire to see Udi thrive.
With my background in civil engineering, I have worked on numerous infrastructure projects, both locally and nationally. But my true calling has always been service to my people. I understand the challenges we face—whether it’s the need for better roads, schools, healthcare, or economic opportunities—and I am committed to addressing these issues with practical, sustainable solutions. My goal is to create a community where every citizen feels empowered and every family can prosper.
